Keynote speaker: Xiao Dong Chen

Xiao Dong Chen, Soochow University

Professor Xiao Dong Chen is a Soochow University Distinguished Professor and the founding Head of Chemical and Environmental Engineering. He has been an Elected Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand since 2001 and an Elected Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering since 2007.

His research areas include biology-inspired chemical engineering, food engineering, biotechnology, particle technology, spontaneous combustion and mathematical modelling of chemical engineering processes.
